About Wing It
Wing It, LLC, is a mobile food truck business that serves delicious deep-fried chicken wings and fries to suburban to rural cities and towns, bringing residents in these areas variety, options and convenience. That is our entire menu: Wings and fries.
We are a mother-son business. Wing It is a Limited Liability Partnership company formulated as a 50/50 partnership between mother and son, Cheryl Aguiar and Colin Koepp, both with many years of experience in the food service industry. Cheryl has been an owner of a restaurant in the past, and Colin a cook in a restaurant kitchen.
