About Wing It
Wing It, LLC, is a mobile food truck business that serves delicious deep-fried chicken wings and fries to suburban to rural cities and towns, bringing residents in these areas variety, options and convenience. That is our entire menu: Wings and fries.
We are a mother-son business. Wing It is a Limited Liability Partnership company formulated as a 50/50 partnership between mother and son, Cheryl Aguiar and Colin Koepp, both with many years of experience in the food service industry. Cheryl has been an owner of a restaurant in the past, and Colin a cook in a restaurant kitchen.
Our mobile food truck routes started in the rural towns and cities of first Wyoming, and has spread into the Black Hills of South Dakota and the panhandle of Nebraska. We are expanding in the year of 2022 with a second truck into Montana and Utah, spreading out in the States of South Dakota and Nebraska. We typically gain permission to park at local breweries, Tractor Supplies or other local businesses.
We are open 11AM to 7PM Monday through Friday. Frequently we do lunch (11AM-2PM) in one town and then dinner in another (4-7PM) We are somewhat seasonal, but do try to get out every week, weather travel depending. We have routes that we run and are never in the same place more than a day or two a month, and never two days in a row in one place.
All of our staff are either ServSafe Manager Certified or Food Handler trained and Certified.
